For my birthday this year I was given a beautiful bottle of Saint Germain from my friend Ilanna. Saint Germain is an elderflower liqour that tastes citrusy and sweet, with only subtle flower hints. It’s lovely. Especially when mixed. Ilanna said it goes well with gin. I found a recipe for a variation on the classic gin & tonic.
